Recurso de súplica interpuesto contra el auto del 5 de junio de 2013, mediante el cual se rechazó la demanda de la referencia por persistir la falta de claridad, especificidad y certeza indicadas en el auto de inadmisión.
La Sala Plena CONFIRMA el auto recurrido por estar de acuerdo con la magistrada sustanciadora, en cuanto a que la acusación no recayó sobre una proposición jurídica real y existente, sino que se basó en una deducción del actor, que por tratarse de una afirmación subjetiva, no tuvo la identidad para configurar un cargo de constitucionalidad.
